Pros

Nice building it has lots of space for inventory and movement around the shop. Some Co workers were a joy to work with.

Cons

Where do I begin. Upper management is toxic all the way down. It’s dictionary corporate toxicity. They don’t care about other peoples opinions the complete disregard for lower level employees. No constructive criticism or training on how to change the way situations with customers could go better it’s all a blame game from the get go. First week I was there I was told bad things about previous employees and current ones a lot of gossip going around none of it good. Constant bashing of employees behind their backs.

Pros

None that come to mind.

Cons

They do not value their employees and unless you are related to the owners you will never advance. Defintely a good old boys club vibe, and there is little respect for the few women in the company.. Management only cares about the appearance of the facilities and spent a lot of money that they didn't have on unnecessary improvements. The company has so much history and so much potential for the future but I don't think current ownership will be able to achieve it.

Pros

Leaving! Best thing that ever happened to my career, so I would say that's a Pro.

Cons

Leadership, culture, ethics...you won't any here. Lacking the skills to lead does not make you a bad person, but it will not garner respect.
