      fun coworkers, busy but not too crazy most days, gain experience

      Cons

      lack of communication from leadership, could still probably make more money at the Golden Arches, wish there was more standardization regarding protocols

      Bozeman Health has competitive salaries. There is a cafeteria and giftshop with discounts to employees. You get a discount on your medical bills.

      Cons

      The culture is pretty toxic with the hear of toxicity within the HR and executives. They reward loud and mean employees by allowing them to get their way and reward hard working employees by taking away benefits such as free blood panels, tuition reimbursement, and certification/advanced degree pay promised but never seen by employees. If you speak up and voice concerns, you are bullied out of your department and/or the entire organization.
