      Pros

      My floor Nurse co-workers are great.

      Cons

      Sinking Ship! Too many cooks in the kitchen. There are managers of managers, educators who don't educate, and the list goes on. Unable to staff with regular employees so travelers are abundant, but they are great. Hospital refuses to pay a wage equal to the cost of living here. The list just continues. Like I said, Run.
