Does not pay a living wage for Bozeman’s cost of living, always understaffed, tight and honestly not very realistic schedule/pace when on shift, calling off when sick resulted in difficulties with management and coworkers and was made to feel shameful, very very little flexibility with shift/scheduling when it comes to last minute emergencies (car break down, appointment, etc), negative work environment overall.

I was edged out. I never really connected with anyone in my clinic on a personal level and then I made a mistake and my manager was dead set on getting me fired. They are more forgiving if they like someone on a personal level more. I was a good employee for 11 months but the next day after I made one mistake, my supervisor flagged me for a patient concern. The patient concern was unfounded because I only acted following the instructions of my superiors. I got in trouble for acting as I was taught to act. After this I realized that they were bent on firing me, so I dismissed myself before that could happen. It was very unfortunate. I was good at my job up until that point and my boss didn’t want to talk to me about the mistake I made or anything like that.
