Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I loved the people I worked with! I had a great schedule and good benefits! I loved having a discount on my personal healthcare, prescriptions, and the cafeteria food!

Cons

As the hospital grows, I think the Board and CEO forget about the "worker bees" even though they host employee forums. It did not always feel that our voices were heard. They often made changes to departments (i.e., budgets, staffing, hours, etc.) without actually knowing the workflow in the department.
