      Great people to work with, and always had a positive relationship with supervisors.

      Rather lengthy learning modules that need to be completed annually, but this is rather standard for most hospitals...

      Pros

      Working with the director was the best part of this job. He truly cares for and about the lab and the people working in the lab. I learned a lot being his assistant.

      The compensation was not competitive enough.
