I really enjoy working at Bozeman Health. I feel like a part of a tight knit family, especially in my unit. I’ve honestly never enjoyed a job more than this one and I look forward to coming to work. Most of my coworkers are friendly, helpful, and supportive.

Cons

Don’t work here if you don’t want to work in a small hospital where everyone knows everything about you. People get involved maybe a little too much, but they all mean well. Bozeman health also has a way to go development wise. It’s the only hospital in town and that’s why they’re able to pay their staff so low.
