Promotion from within. Good training.

Cons

Poorly compensated. 401k is weak. Bozzuto only matches up to 1.5% regardless of how much you contribute over 3%. This doesn't put employees first, it shows that the company is not interested in the future of their employees. Almost every company, *even small businesses*, at least match their employees contribution up to 5 or 10%.

A place to work where your option counts. They have true care & concern for their employees. Free birthday lunch of your choice for you & all your fellow co-works. Monthly bonuses, annual 3% cost of living raises (every year) Jan 1st to be exact. Easy to climb the work scale if desired. Endless opportunities with a largely growing company. The high up people do actually know who you are and care about you. Example the president of the company (Mr. Tom Bozzuto) always addressed me by name and asked about how my life was going etc. Real man if you ask me no matter how large the company gets he still comes out to visit and say hello. If you enjoy being spoiled in your day to day work life this is the place for you. They treat their employees just as good as they treat their residents. They aren't about stepping over a dollar to pick up a nickel.

Cons

Not much for cons. But if I had to name one it would be going a bit too far with being politically correct.

Thank you also for that 5-star review and for mentioning all those wonderful things about the company. Tom’s site visits are a highlight to all those on site. It’s great that the Chairman of the company still makes a point to get out and meet our employees. I am very sorry to hear that you were unable to stay with us after the sale of your property. You never know what can happen in the future so maybe one day you will be back.
