Pros

I enjoy working for this company because there are several people available to help with different tasks or answer questions and concerns. Working for Bozzuto is a lot less stressful than other Property Management Groups I have worked for in the past.

Cons

There are SO many reports which can cause a lot of stress and anxiety. The property manager role by itself can be stressful, so adding the additional work with all of the reporting can take away from the service a manager can provide to their residents. I think due to this, pay could be higher to compensate for the additional hours worked each week to get everything completed in a timely manner.

Pros

Bozzuto offers opportunity to grow within the company. You just have to put in the work.

Cons

I think the company can or should do better when it comes to training and human development. Even though there is tuition reimbursement program in place in my opinion it is always a struggle to get reimbursement and there is not a clear path on schools that maintenance guys can attand to get the training that they need.
