Pay, the environment in the community, residents.

Cons

Management is poor, no accountability, and building managers are poorly trained, I was just discriminated against for my age of 60, you will not find many middle age in sales and front desk, this manager can fire you for making up reasons, and not fair, I complain to HR, the response was, I'm not your manager cannot help.

I have no pros for this company at this time.

Cons

-Have poor upper management and do NOT train their employees well at all. They also move employees up way too fast who are clearly not ready for their roles. -Did NOT Payout final commissions that were owed to me for almost 2 months and then when a check was received it was the complete wrong amount and now I have to pull teeth to get the paystub. -They do NOT staff accordingly and left me working most of the summer alone while 7 months pregnant and no help from anyone. -Upper management does not know proper policies which leads to a log or arguments and confrontation with residents. -Simply, they just do not care about their employees.

Pros

It's better than being unemployed. Benefits package is great (sans the 401k). In the accounting department, there are several people who are willing to help and there is also a training team that provides help. There is a team actively working on automating some of the administrative tasks that time consuming.

Cons

Leadership from the CEO all the way down through Director's of Accounting just don't tell the truth. If you are not willing to work 10-20 hours of unpaid OT you are deemed not to be a team player. They send out survey's and hold town halls to get feedback from the employees, but not much has changed. Promotions are routinely premature and based on tenure/who you know vs. performance. Depending on your team or who you know, certain rules are not enforced....certain policies are not followed.....sub par work is allowed.
