Pros

Fantastic managers! They will bend over backwards for you.

Cons

Terrible C suite leadership who do nothing but lie to you. They will tell you what you want to hear, only to change there tone in an email a few weeks later. There lack of care for us employees is eye opening. I will never go above and beyond for them again.

Pros

They teach you a lot about providing quality customer service and have strong entry-level training techniques. Above average base salary. Female leadership is nice to see.

Cons

The overly positive culture hides the deeper issues the company faces (biases, sexism, abusive managers). They really think they are the best so they do not put the effort in making meaningful changes that they should. The commission structure is lackluster. Some buildings have owners who bully their teams and Bozzuto can’t deliver the warmth they promise. Despite an image of diversity (gender, race, etc.), managers who “do a good job” often get a pass on discriminating behavior and practices. Most of the male managers in Chicago in particular are rude, condescending, and like taking others down so they rise up.

Pros

The company is generous with benefits because it simply is paid by their clients.

Cons

Senior Management team is CLUELESS about the day to day operations and what it entails. Bozzuto cares about two things 1) Being named best place to work. 2) Reputation Management. So they create all of these internal initiatives that are unrealistic and un manageable. If the Corporate Office folks spent one day on-site, they would understand our frustrations. Instead, it’s a dictatorship from the top.
