Health Insurance is amazing Bozzuto Awards They are trying to go paperless The people who work here are genuinely nice I like their on-boarding trainers (gave a good impression of the company) HR staff is pretty responsive

Cons

Poor onsite training (I've been here for 4 months at 3 different properties from D.C. To VA without an formal training) The PM had to get another AM from another property to properly train me Outdate software ( too much use of spreadsheets especially when the software you use should do it for you. Too much data entry) They move you from property to property entirely too much for you to even get accustomed to your position. High turn over in employees. No accurate reporting for commissions when you are bouncing from property to property. They do not empower the onsite staff. You have to submit a HelpDesk ticket for everything little thing or mistake you make. You basically have to ask permission to make adjustments for everything and that takes forever! You can only get a discount at the property you work at NOT all Bozzuto properties.

Pros

When I began to work for them on a part-time basis it was fun and felt it was a great company to be part of. The starting pay for professionals working as part time was pretty decent compared to what others were paying at time when I started. About: work/life balance from a PT perspective, you can request a temp to cover your shift if needed and etc. Received 1-2 days training over my tenure with them and that’s about it.

Cons

Since your PT basically you will always be at the bottom of the food chain, depending on who is your manager or which property you land it could be a great experience or an interesting one. The company does not do reviews for PT employees; the pay increase does not represent the worth or what you contribute to their company. They have a lot of PT turnovers not sure why. No further training offered to PT employees.

Pros

The residents would have to be the best part of the job. They can make a wonderful experience out of an awful work environment

Cons

Bozzuto is the kind of company where there is the "in" crowed and if you're not in the crew you are constantly being bullied. Bozzuto knows this type of atmosphere exist but all they do is get rid of the employee that complains about it and show a fake front to the rest of the world. I worked here for almost 10 years and had some great managers but unfortunately good managers are the exception and not the rule. You're either in or you're out.
