- not being able to meet all your colleagues. - training program could be a little more hands-on and consistent.

Benefits package is decent. The area that my business is located in has tons of shopping to escape during lunch.

Cons

Everything. This team functions solely on fear, misery, dread. Only mistakes are pointed out and success is overlooked. How do we submit a formal complaint about our manager without risking losing our own jobs?
