The job it’s self is fun, giving tours and meeting new people all day is great.

Cons

The company literally does not care about employees health during COVID, or the concern of our safety during incidents such as the attack on the capital.

Doesn’t practice what they preach!

Good health insurance which came in handy for my recent delivery within the last year.

Cons

Where to begin... I am going to take the emotion out of this...and stick with facts... I was required by my regional to work while on maternity leave. Not a day went by when he wasn’t reaching out to me. I had to work on the budget and so other things. How is this okay? I asked for help at my property and was told that there is no money and my regional couldn’t go ask the president for money to hire someone. I absolutely am filled with so much resentment that Bozzuto stole weeks of bonding time from me and my child. I’m actually furious with myself for allowing it. I am actively looking to get out of the dumpster fire that is Bozzuto New York. The reason I waited so long to post this review is because I didn’t want any retaliatory action.

Good Company but Nasty Managers!

Pros

Good benefit and generous PTO plans. Medical insurance is free, with good coverage. Genuine coworkers. Some accountants came from decent background. AP specialists are competent, responsible and helpful. Payroll and corporate AR respond requests timely. It is such a great pleasure to work with these wonderful people!

Cons

It is a nightmare to work with certain managers. —They behave like they are higher, better than you, treat you like slaves, told you to do this to do that but you can not get any support from them! If you ask a question, they will not respond your email. If you ask in person, they will give you a nasty attitude. —When they see you are a nice responsible hard worker they will dump more nasty properties to you but don’t give you any credit when it is review time! —Their number one concern is to get themselves covered. When things happened, they will throw you underneath the bus!
