Good atmosphere, nice people. Lots of training available. Good benifits to those that quailify. A growing company with a good reputation. I enjoyed my time working with this company

Cons

Management always seemed to be unavailable or changing. My assigned location was without a manager for months. There wasn’t a lot of opportunity for growth

Pros

I've been with the company for a year and a half and I can honestly say that they care about each and every employee. They haven't lost their family feel even though there are almost 60,000 units. Numerous properties are already in the pipeline for two years out. Great job security!

Cons

They were a small company and now have become a large one. The corporate infrastructure is lagging but is coming along. They are always trying to update technology and create efficiencies.

Some properties are very well run, while others are extremely poorly run. While the headquarters is very functional and friendly, some locations are not provided for at all and are quite disorganized.

Our internship program is designed to be a structured and well-supported introduction to property management. Interns attend the same training as our full time employees and are provided a Host Manager that they meet with on a weekly basis.
