We are glad to hear that you think very highly of our CEO. Toby is a fantastic leader who wants to make sure every department, including accounting, feels valued and respected. We apologize for the inclement weather situation that occurred and we have learned from that experience. As we announced, going forward, we will make sure that we communicate all weather changes as early as possible. We will also follow the DC federal government policy.
