Great work life balance! – I love who I work with and the work environment really does feel like family. Also you can't beat the benefits with CareFirst or the 401K with T. Rowe Price. Rewarding career! - Moving is one of the most stressful life events anyone will go through. I enjoy being a part of a company that reduces that stress for their customers. Opportunity to grow! - Bozzuto has structured careers tracks for growth and always prioritizes internal promotion.

Cons

Corporate employees do not receive a rental discount at Bozzuto communities.

Supportive Flexible schedule Family Environment Bozzuto is a great company to work for I’ve been an employee now for almost three years.

Cons

There really aren’t many cons except for all the regular cons about working in property management. Better bonuses would be a huge plus

Pros

The company truly cares about the people who work here and it's reflected by the work environment and benefits. The leadership is highly visible and approachable. It's not uncommon to see members of the C-Suite walking the halls to talk with people. The company is growing and creating new opportunities for people while providing a great environment where one can be as involved as they like in work groups, committees and philanthropy. Leadership cares about employee engagement and values employee feedback. There is even an internal portal where one can voice complaints, compliments and provide coworker recognition. There is great work life balance and flexibility when needed. A good gym is in the main office for employee's only along with other great perks like a dry-cleaning service and there are always tickets for some good sports event up for grabs.

Cons

The corporate office is in Greenbelt and there is always traffic no matter what direction you're coming from.
