Great Company and Good People!

They don’t just hire people they hire ‘nice people.’ So you can expect to be working with people who have good attitudes, are able to work as a team and go above and beyond for their residents. The entry level salaries are generous and you can make quite a bit in bonuses if you are working in a the leasing office. Healthcare, dental and vision available to full time employees. Accrue lots of PTO. Promote from within so lots of opportunity to take on new roles or relocate as the business grows.

Cons

Work-life balance is tough the higher up you go as the business is 24/7. Scheduling usually does not have days off back to back unless you request it. I get a lot of calls, or texts on days off. Unfortunately I also need to text and call people on their days off. Since it is where usually 300+ people are living the business does not sleep.
