Pros

Pay is high, maintenance is still under compensated in comparison with leasing employees but still good salary, benefit structure. Good training if requested.

Cons

Understaffing is a huge issue with this organization especially on the maintenance side. For professional managers, many property managers lack people management and communication skills. Corporate constantly changes platforms, protocols, death by paperwork.
