Pros

Many opportunities to grow with the company. New job openings are posted daily and training is thorough. Small office teams.

Cons

Pay doesn't create livable wage for the city. Not much commission to be made in stabilized properties so base should be higher.

It is a wonderful company to work for higher management is always willing to help and listen

Cons

Some of the older properties are a bit of a "monster" especially when it comes to implementing paperless to it
