      Pros

      This is an excellent company, that offers great benefits to its employees and plenty of career advancement opportunities whether it's in the form of a new position, or transferring to other communities to work at. I've had a very pleasant experience with the company throughout my time here and have always felt like a valued worker. There are always extra training opportunities available (both online or face-to-face) to help you gain new or improve previous skills pertinent to your position.

      Cons

      My only complaint with Bozzuto was the lapse in time-roughly six weeks-I personally had between getting hired and receiving more extensive training for my position. While I adjusted quickly, I feel that earlier training could have made a smoother transition for me into the work environment.
