Great team effort, pay, benefits, events, great co-workers, flexible hours. Great family-oriented environment. Great culture and values.

Cons

Not necessarily a con but every property is different, therefore everyone's experience to the property their assigned will be different naturally.

Pros

Tom Bozzuto is a really nice gentleman. Meeting him is awesome.

Cons

Terrible Company. They do not care about their employees, they use and abuse them. You have little to no work life balance. Managers (not even senior management) loves to put their work off on other staff members and pays you pennies while doing so. I know several people that cried during the day while working here. Not a soul deserves this kind of treatment. Disorganized company with a high turnover.
