Bozzuto has been a wonderful company to work for. The company is focused on the employees and wants to assure we are satisfied. Additional holidays and benefits have been added during my tenure with the company. It is a family friendly atmosphere and the core values are a main focus. There are many opportunities for career growth within the company as long as you are willing to work hard and have a positive attitude and work well with others.
