Best Management Company You Could Ever Hope To Work For

Pros

Everyone is a team player and always willing to help you at any position. Learning and Develoment is very important to Bozzuto so employees are encouraged to take classes and really understand the industry and position. They have outstanding upper management who are always available to you.

No downside I can think of

It's A Great Start But Don't get Stuck!

Pros

Everyone is super nice. I've made a lot of really great friends from the company. This is a really great job right of college.Overall good experience.

Cons

Unless you plan to follow the Management path (SMA >Assistant Property Manager >Property Manager & so forth) you basically hit a dead end. It's hard getting promoted to other departments like marketing, or HR (anything outside of property management). You also don't get paid as well. Esp compared to the effort & time you put in. no OT & work most weekends.
