Instead, they assign you an "on-boarding advisor", who is nothing more than someone who will email you once asking to meet then sit in front of you and text the entire time. Instead of talking about the steps to take for your career advancement and following up, they'll ghost you.

The salary system is really the cherry on top. You'll be told to get actual licensing that should absolutely call for a raise and they'll look at you like three heads when ALL you're asking is that you be making a salary you can live on.
I realize how bitter and jaded this all sounds, but this is coming from someone who was formerly classified as an enthusiastic college grad, excited about their career growth.
