      Pros

      In the challenging construction market, senior management provides the support needed to make things happen as easy as possible and allow the project teams to do their jobs and execute the project plans.

      Cons

      None that will outweigh the pros. In my time here, I have witnessed some growing pains as processes change, but none have any long term impact.

      Phenomenal Company, Amazing People

      Pros

      Pay is good, great advancement opportunities and the culture is one of investment. Investment in their employees, their residents, their vendors, and their community. I've worked for other property management companies in the past and this is by far the one that shines above the rest. Bozzuto is growing fast and they hire the best of the best. Training is amazing and your managers are always looking for ways to advance your skills.

      Cons

      The only downside I can think of is that your housing discount only applies to the community you work at.

      Such a disappointment

      Corporate employees are very nice

      Cons

      After such a fun internship experience, I decided to work full time for the company. Unfortunately stuck with a horrible manager, who fires people when they find out she is sleeping with one of the maintenance men. When bringing issues to HR, was ignored and not taken seriously. When I gave my 2 week notice, I was told by my regional that my bonuses would be paid to me. When I didn't get anything I contacted him and all of a sudden there is an excuse of why I can't get the money I earned. Very political. You won't grow in the company if your manager has something against you, no matter how good of a job you do.
