Great Benefits and room to grow. 5 and a half years with the company and growing strong.

Cons

Weekends are not alternating for sales and marketing associates, since we are opened 7 days a week. You have to use your pto.

A Not-So-Great Experience...

discounted rent (though still not affordable with their salaries), owners and founders are approachable

Cons

There is A LOT of drama at Bozzuto and a bullying mentality reminiscent of high school that makes it an uncomfortable work environment; even senior leadership is gossipy and often unprofessional. There is no work life balance, limited budget and resources, poor training at corporate, favoritism in terms of both looks (you'll find a lot of blond girls) and with many employees and vendors being related to someone or friendly in some capacity, extremely low raises and no bonuses in most departments, a mediocre health care plan, etc. The company is also religious, which can cause discomfort for some. The workload can be very heavy for some while others seem to always be traveling - but I have to say the worst part about the company is the culture - catty, gossipy, and fake.

I have worked for and been exposed to many companies in various industries and never have I experienced a company as rich, meaningful and empowering as Bozzuto. If you are considering this company, I'll share what is most important to me: This company is magical & rare. It has heart, intelligence, and an open mind to challenge conventional wisdom and make change for the betterment of ifs customer. This company firmly believes in its purpose: to make home-living exceptional. If you have a way to impact that philosophy, you will be able to spend every moment of your day demonstrating tangible impact - no matter what the position or role. Pro List: Founders are passionately an integral part of the day-to-day business New CEO is the son of one founder and shares the same core values and business ethics There is no greater a company with deep moral and ethical standards Culture within the company is warm, open-minded and progressive Standards of business practice are best-in-class

Cons

Some may say that the company is too nice It takes a little longer here to assimilate due to the nature of relationships/bonds Superstars who are in it for themselves will NOT make it in this company If you are not a "hugger" you might find Bozzuto odd
