Pros

Bozzuto demands the highest performance, so you learn much more in your role vs other companies.

Cons

For all this hard work, they do not show much love back. When it comes to "manager retreats", they're just meetings about new initiatives, training seminars, etc - not an actual retreat that promotes fun, relaxation, team building. For the first time, they're allowing an overnight stay this year at the venue, but the catch is that you have to bunk with a coworker. When questioned about sharing rooms or the lack of fun quarterly activities, the response is always that "ownership doesn't want to pay" for us to have fun outings or have a room to ourselves as adults. The company doesn't mind asking for you to work the hardest, but won't stand up to ownership when it comes to giving a little back.

Pros

This is a company that actually practices what it preaches. Everything you learn in Orientation, the mission statement, the core values; people actually believe in them and do all that they can to uphold Bozzuto's high expectations.

Cons

The only thing I struggled with was different personality dynamics, but you will find that anywhere.
