Pros

Friendly work environment where MOST of the people genuinely work to be the very best at what they do, and seek to perform by the company's values of concern, creativity, passion, and perfection. This is a company where you once you are in, you don't want to leave. With hard work, there is always an opportunity for promotion. The benefits are great, and the CEO and VP's seem to truly care about the people who work for them. They're always incentivizing us in someway which makes working at a higher standard more fun than taxing. With my position, there is an opportunity to bonus each month which is also a huge plus!

Cons

With working on-site at any of the Bozzuto properties there is a strict dress code. At times, the standards of operation, and the work environments differ from property to property, so if you get transferred you could end up somewhere that is unfriendly. However, that's only if you care about whether the work environment is positive. In the SMA position you have to work weekends, but you're given two days off during the week and once a month you have a weekend off. Its great when running errands on a Tuesday, but sucks when you have other obligations such as church or other extracurricular activities that only occur on the weekends.

Great benefits, training, teamwork. The CEO cares about his employees. The higher management is respectful. Promotional opportunities.

Cons

Obviously the weekend are a turn off for the SMAs but once you get promoted you will have more of them.

Good insurance, paid vacations and sick days , 401k, monthly and annual bonuses, tuition reimbursement, training and technical support , great leadership, advancement. I am so fortunate to work for bozzuto.
