Great culture, upper management makes themselves available for everyone, great work/life balance.

Cons

No cons that I can think of. Being open seven days a week is a "con" to some but I see it as a pro--you can adjust your schedule more without having to use PTO.

I loved working at Bozzuto! I had a great team and excellent continued training throughout my time with Bozzuto. Great opportunities for advancement/ yearly salary raises. Loved the yearly BMA awards and employee events to build a fantastic company culture. The benefits for health care are outstanding.

Cons

The base pay is absolutely awful, like almost unlivable for the DC metro area. If it wasn't for the bonuses and yearly salary increases (dependent upon managers/ budget for the year) it wouldn't be worth it.
