Growing company with great history and values. Industry leader that demonstrates a successful business model.

Cons

Very distinct line between leasing and concierge staff. At times it feels as leasing staff believes they are above concierge staff.

Pros

Bozzuto is the best management company I have worked for. I will recommend them to anyone of my family or friends. They care as much for their employees as they do the customer because at the end of the day, without a great team you can't provide the best product.

Cons

I don't have any cons to report about this company. I pretty much owe my entire career to Bozzuto. They hired me without any experience in the industry, and have trained me to be the service team member I am today

Pros

High ethical values and clear vision. Interacting with corporate and upper management is a regular occurrence. Additionally the team is very empowered and the on site team is recognized for solid work.

Cons

Like most property management companies work life balances are not great. We're also on the lower end, industry wide, for salaries and bonuses.
