Great Company to Work For!

Pros

The management is really nice, and cares deeply about it's employees. This is a family owned business, so the decisions made are to serve the customer and not necessarily the stockholders. Competitive compensation and a friendly non combative environment.

Cons

It is a third party management company, so things can be a little fast paced and disorganized in the beginning when you join, but the benefits of having freedom to work in the way that makes you more effective far outweigh this.

Pros

The training that the company is provides is excellent. It meets the needs of the computer learner as well as the in-person classroom learner. Bozzuto really cares for its employees and has demonstrated that on many occasions i.e. Bozzuto Management Awards. This is a tough industry to work in but the company makes it easy by hiring within and having awesome property managers. I think it is great when the founder and former CEO takes time out of his schedule to visit properties and check on employees. Mr Bozzuto is a great and humble man. Overall I am more than happy to be working for such a great company. The sales are not hard at all because the properties are so nice and well maintained that they pretty much sell themselves. If you want to grow, make money, and be appreciated, then Bozzuto is the place for you!!!

Cons

The work schedule is not a regular 9-5 but manangement ensures you have at least two days off per week which isnt bad,
