-Ease in ability to grow with the company. -Support structure from several different places. -Employee empowerment.

Cons

-Each property is very different, and the Bozzuto way cannot be applied the same way to all. -Advancement opportunities are limited to where positions open geographically.

The BEST company to work for!

Pros

Having worked for several property management companies, I have to say Bozzuto is the best company I have worked with. There is a family atmosphere throughout the entire company, which is hard to find with companies that are growing as fast as Bozzuto is. Bozzuto promotes within and prepares each employee with the tools needed to become successful in the company. I also love the support we receive from senior management--from our CEO to our President to our SVP to our Regional--everyone is extremely personable and supportive. If you're looking for a company that is growing tremendously, a company that supports it's employees, and a company that provides the training needed to get to your next level, Bozzuto is the company that you want to work for.

Cons

It would be great if the Stars Rewards program returned for all employees. It would also be a plus if employees could get the apartment discount at all Bozzuto communities, but I know that is tricky since most of our communities are third party management.

Pros

The onsite teams are great and become like a family. If you have a good team, it can make all the difference.

Cons

Low pay, raises, and bonuses - you do not get rewarded for hard work and get 3% no matter what; very few vacation/sick/personal days; corporate office gets treated like gold, while the onsite teams are left out to dry; will bend over backwards (and expect you to do the same) for the residents, but do not extend that courtesy to their employees.
