Pros

Organizational Morale is high, Employees are treated more like family, Great Overall Benefits Package, Lots of Upward Mobility and in- house promotions! This company also nails Diversity and extracts the best on each individual!

Cons

Base Salary is ok but Commission Structure could be higher. Company focuses on work life balance though so that makes up for commissions structure!

Ownership and Managing Partners are friendly and willing to think outside the box.

Cons

Oversight for middle management and corporate positions should more carefully monitored. We must provide the same level of service to each other as we do our customers in order for all the employees to feel valued.

Growing Rapidly For A Reason

Pros

I have been with Bozzuto for almost a year and I can hands down say it is the best company I have worked for. I truly feel like my work and strengths are valued here. I have seen a promotion in a very short time frame and am very happy with the salary. I can't say enough great things about the people I work with. There is a reason so many people flock from other property management companies to come work for Bozzuto.

Cons

As with any company, there are opportunities to improve. I work on a great team with a great support system, but that may not be a universal thing company wide. I would love to see more in-person training for the assistant property manager position like I see for the sales associate positions.
