      The biggest let down of my entire career.

      Pros

      Upper management/Corporate has nice people. Good intentions. Great values. Thorough training. Lots of offsite location options for you to choose from.

      Cons

      You could be working for a terrible and completely incompetent property manager onsite. Even if you're doing a great job and not making any mistakes, if they decide they don't like you, they'll fire you for no reason at all. Not all of them are like this. If you're lucky enough to get good property manager, you will enjoy your time here. But... you do work 3 weekends a month and get very little pay. Especially if you are living on your own. This isn't that bad IF you have a good property manager! It's sad how much it revolves around that. They can easily be deceitful and trick you into think that they're "on your team" when in reality they lie to you. And it's evident when you go straight to the source and the "source" where they supposedly got their information from has no idea what they're talking about.

      Work hard and you will be rewarded

      Pros

      Decent bonuses/commission, fun and friendly work environment if you have coworkers who like to have fun and are excited to be there, resident events allow you to get creative, corporate recognizes top leasing achievers when you hit a certain goal. I've met some of my best friends here at Bozzuto and I know they'll be lifelong friendships. Bozzuto does hire very nice people! You truly have to work hard to get promoted. As long as you are proactive and prove that you want to get promoted it will happen.

      Cons

      It can be difficult when your coworker does not pull his/her weight, but that can come with any job. Working weekends can be a total bummer but you know that going into the position. I have worked at two communities and am moving onto my third on Monday and I have realized that not all communities execute policies the way corporate wants them too, the lack of consistency makes me uncomfortable.

      Good company but I concerned but the rapid growth and getting away from our original values.

      Enjoy my co-workers, great benefits and the salary is fair.

      Cons

      Upper positions seem to go to favored employees or outside candidates. Took a long time to move up within the company. Needs a better manager in training program for lower employees
