It was close to home, that's it.

Cons

I gave my 2 week notice and no one from management ever asked me why I was leaving. Problem with the direct manager and when tried to speak to the regional manager I was completely ignored except that the complaints were sent to my manager which only made them worse.

The office I work in is beautiful and all of the people I work with are great! I love the location and there is a lot of room for growth within the company.

Cons

The salary is pretty low (especially to be living in DC), I don't have weekends off, The hours are irregular (not 9-5)

It is cultured, has an overall presentation, holidays, good locations & diversity.

Cons

There is a great deal of dependency on management & the titles that they assign anyone. The confined roles for the "shift" that you sign up for as a concierge can really take a toll on an employee because it is rare to get the credit if one isn't an executive concierge. An executive concierge is a title only for the concierge in the mornings.
