No Work Life Balance Allowed/Disconnect Between Corporate & Satellite Offices

No Work Life Balance Allowed, Disconnect Between Corporate & Satellite Offices, corporate gets holidays, leasing agents do not (even though no proven reports of higher sales on holidays etc), have to work weekends, most property managers are supposed to work weekends and do NOT, causing leasing associates and assistant property managers to have less work life balance, not a lot of promotions any more because they are hiring less from within

Pros

Easy to get in entry level with no college experience. Can move up fast. Small comp for leasing (about 40/lease).

Cons

Awful management. Every office is different though. No room for creativity or progress. Boring repetitive tasks. Not a job for people who want to make a difference and sell something they believe in.
