Awesome training structure/ company philosophy. Great product. Good earning potential. The job itself is fun if you can remember why you're there.

Cons

Work/life balance (as is always the case with leasing/property management) You're working with sales people. Don't think you've made friends or built relationships.

Housekeeper has the most responsibility and gets paid the less .

The benefits are great with this company, dental, medical & vision also there's a 401k plan as well tuition reimbursement program.

Cons

The property were extremely to big for one housekeeper, trying to move up the career ladder with this company is impossible if you don't have a "degree" ..
