tuition reimbursement, 401k, good insurance, paid vacation and sick days, upper management make you feel like part of a family.

Cons

I don't have any negative comments about bozzuto, I believe overall the company is very good and I would be happy to recommend it to a friend or relative

Pros

Management is willing to help employees grow and obtain the tools they need for success. Bozzuto has a great culture especially for those just joining the workforce.

Cons

There could be better incentive programs to reward employees since the pay is pretty low.
