Pros

Bozzuto is a great company with strong customer service. The training process is extensive, and I felt very prepared by the time I started selling to prospective renters. Compensation is decent for entry level employees, and great benefits package. Sales incentives are always fun.

Cons

Working in property management is difficult for work/life balance. You are required to work weekends and usually expected to stay late. It's really the luck of the draw as to whether you have a good direct manager or not. I enjoyed my team, however, my coworker was continuously given (and accepted) credit for projects I completed.

Pros

There are many reasons I love working for Bozzuto and the number one reason is the culture. In a very large company, you sometimes feel overlooked, but this is the not the case. Everyone from the regional to the CEO comes to visit the property. All the management above me makes me feel like they really care about my success. I have worked at two properties now and I am so in love with the company. I have made so many friends from other properties and have learned so much. If Bozzuto offers you a job, take it! All the other management companies I have dealt with are so unprofessional in comparison! Bozzuto has such a great reputation and is the best place to work.

Cons

The probationary period is really based on luck and effort. It really helps if you end up at a good location. I know a lot of people who got let go because the upper management didn't like them. Base that decision on talent, not personal feelings!

Pros

The environment was very conducive for a drama free workplace. In orientation they made it clear to leave your issues at the door. Great corporate structure. Overall a good company to start out in.

Cons

My boss in particular didn't take responsibilities for their shortcomings and tried to make employees micro-manage their peers. Promotion of unqualified individuals really didn't help the company atmosphere. I don't believe that the employee pay is on par with the construction industry.
