Bozzuto really cares about the employees and they want you to move up quickly. Promotions are readily available and achievable. Multiple trainings help you feel well-prepared

Cons

Could pay more on the base salary, though bonuses are nice.

Pros

Small company feel, with a feeling that those in higher positions care about every individual working in the company. Not afraid to spend a little extra money to make sure employees have eveything they need to do their job. Concerned about people wanting to stay at the company and grow their career, as opposed to many companies out there who seem to not care about their high turnover rate.

Cons

Processes are in place, but are not always used to improve, or benefit the company or employees - sometimes it seems employees are just doing things to go through the motions. Also, corporate seems a bit understaffed, and this is very transparent when you need assistance with things such as payroll or IT.

The interveiw process took about a week and my recruiter was on top of it, making sure to let me know where things were in the process. If a call was expected, I received a call. Absolutely happy to be here. She made sure to keep me posted on anything that I had questions about. My immediate supervisor is extremely approachable and willing to listen to any new ideas.
