      Pros

      Great bonus structure- very motivating! Opportunity to work with great, competent people Every day is something different Ability to gain experience in all fields- sales, marketing, administrative, management, event planning, accounting Bozzuto Management Awards (BMAs) every year to recognize teams and employees

      Cons

      Working weekends Low base pay, but if you are making bonuses it's fine Very customer service based. Must be friendly!

      Good Experience - Great Starting Position

      Pros

      It's not a difficult job, and you get to work with fun and energetic people. Usually everyone has a good attitude and has a lot of respect for the company they work for. The job isn't for everyone, but if you're energetic, like talking/interacting with people, and interested in real estate then you'll probably enjoy it. There is an effort made my management to give you guidelines and a path for professional development to give you goals to work for. Easy to have a work/life balance. While you do have to work some weekends, the hours are shorter and you get days off during the week. The management is usually very flexible with allowing you to request which weekends you get as well.

      Cons

      The starting salary is acceptable, but of course it would be nicer if it was higher. The commission structure also makes it difficult to make a significant amount of money. Depending on the property, the challenges can vary.

      Employee discounts on apartments in the complex are a great perk and makes the daily commute impossible to beat

      Cons

      Work on the weekends is not very appealing.
