Pros

The company is more than just about profit. Bozzuto really cares about its customers' satisfaction (and its employees'). You also get to meet and interact with a lot of people from all different walks of life. Most employees are really positive and encouraging when others do a good job.

Cons

Your experience in the field is directly related to those you work with as well as the property at which you work. Just because one property may give you a "bad" experience, doesn't mean it is all bad. You should give another property a shot. Working weekends and holidays isn't the greatest but you know that going into it. It's also possible to feel that your valuation is off. When owners/corporate place extreme demands on a team and you end up working late all time, you may feel like you should be earning more.

The Bozzuto Group is a fantastic place to grow your career. They promote internal growth, and have plenty of opportunity as they are growing at a tremendous rate. The corporate culture is fantastic.

Cons

As with any builder you are bouncing around geographically.
