      Pros

      You are truly empowered and coerced to think which increases your value over all. You are treated like a person, not an employee number, and your opinion counts.

      Cons

      The training can be a little scattered, but you have tons of support. The systems could use a little updating.

      Co-workers are easy to work with Support for advancement is there Getting a good propert manager can take care of most cons

      Cons

      The communication is a little rough when it comes to people saying one thing will happen and then something different actually happening The pay scale is a bit low but then again it is entry level. If your property is falling below budget then there commission pay is minimal to barely create incentive to do work Working 3 weekends a month is a bit rough as a social life gets hit pretty hard

      Great Training (both onsite and at corporate); Fun Atmosphere; Competitive Pay (with great rewards systems); Support from Senior Management; As a growing company, many opportunities for advancement; Opportunities to assist at other properties to gain knowledge;

      Cons

      Software varies from property to property, which makes it difficult sometimes to reach out for assistance; Very paper heavy on site (applications, leases, approvals), Employee discount can only be used at own property, which is understandable since each site has their own individual owners.
