      Bozzuto is a great place to work. My particular property was not in tune with the Bozzuto standard.

      Pros

      Bozzuto offers many online lessons to further your skill set. They encourage you to get certified at higher levels so when that position comes available, you are already certified. They offer positions internally first. When you do an outstanding job or move to a higher position, they announce it in a company wide e-mail and others can congradulate you.

      Cons

      The majority of the properties are luxurious. That also means they are expensive. They pay well for the industry but still not enough to afford to live there unless you are a manager even with the VERY small discount that is offered. I couldnt even afford to stay there for an entire lease term and i had 3 roommates.

      Pros

      -Good benefits -Reputable company -Co-workers are fun and nice -Ownership is very involved

      Cons

      -No weekends free. (maybe one a month) -Be prepared to work holidays as they only give a few off days. Christmas eve office is open until 4pm. -Bonus structure has drastically changed and bonuses were cut in half. -

      Pros

      really great company culture. They are really into rewarding their employees and making them feel appreciated. They also have a very good idea of what their values are.

      Cons

      not really any downsides. maybe a more definite path to grow in the company to make employees want to work to achieve.
