Great training at corporate office.

Cons

Management caters to management. The Sr Executives are limited to dressing well and pointing out flaws, absolutely clueless what it takes to operate the communities. I’m looking for another job and am out of here just as soon as possible. It’s definitely all about who you know.

The management is really unhelpful and they ask far more out of their maintenance teams than is fair. Pay isn’t great. Frankly I worked there a decade ago and my former property doesn’t even exist anymore. This review may not be valid, I just want to be able to use glass door. Also rampant nepotism
