Pros

The other associates that I work with at the property level are excellent, very hard working and the collaboration is easy. The regional associates also really care about our success and about us as people.

Cons

Being at a property farther away from others doesn't allow for as much networking with other teams. I feel that in an area with more properties it isn't as stark of a distance.
