      Pros

      Room for advancement if you are interested, revamped interviewing process and onboarding training program, fast turn around from application to hire. The compensation corresponds with the job for the most part.

      Cons

      the job can sometimes become unpredictable. You never know if you are going to have a normal day. The properties are pet friendly and that can sometimes mean cleaning up after residents animals which is not expected going in but is expected once you're hired.

      Pros

      The job is pretty straight forward. You are given a monthly bench mark that you must meet. My PM gave me my job responsibilities from the very beginning, and I know what's expected of me. Commission and bonus are extra, but not chump change. Focus more on salary, and think of bonuses are just that, a bonus. Always cover yourself and keep a paper trail of every interaction with management and potential new residents. My PM and APM have always been willing to help whenever I have a questions, or need advice.

      Cons

      Working weekends is a bummer. The policy on having to get manager approval before applying for another position within the company is also a little backwards. I wish the rent discount would be applied at all Bozzuto communities.

      Pros

      The office I work in is beautiful and all of the people I work with are great! I love the location and there is a lot of room for growth within the company.

      Cons

      The salary is pretty low (especially to be living in DC), I don't have weekends off, The hours are irregular (not 9-5)
