      No Work Life Balance Allowed/Disconnect Between Corporate & Satellite Offices

      No Work Life Balance Allowed, Disconnect Between Corporate & Satellite Offices, corporate gets holidays, leasing agents do not (even though no proven reports of higher sales on holidays etc), have to work weekends, most property managers are supposed to work weekends and do NOT, causing leasing associates and assistant property managers to have less work life balance, not a lot of promotions any more because they are hiring less from within

      Too Big Too Fast with No Plan.

      Pros

      Company reputation is good based on community activities and performance of Management group. Benefits are OK.

      Cons

      insufficient support from management; no communication. insufficient resources to complete work assignments. inconsistent direction. long, long work hours required to accomplish minimal levels of work. unprofessional colleagues. advancement opportunities are virtually non-existent. no bonus and salary doesn't make up for it. highly stressful environment. company is going through growing pains and sr. management doesn't realize it.
