-Low pay for the amount of stress and work you have to handle on a daily basis. -No real work-life balance. Leasing roles are expected to work holidays and weekends, and staying late is often required after especially busy days. -You may encounter poor management. Some managers expect you to complete every step of a task until they’re forced to step in themselves. -Residents and prospects can be difficult, often blaming you for all building issues and fees just because you work at the property. -Bozzuto’s standards and dress code are strictly enforced, even at properties that are falling apart. They care more about your physical appearance than the problems that matter. -This job tends to only be decent at high-end, luxury high-rise properties. At other locations, you may be blamed for problems and face issues you’re physically unable to fix. -The environment can be cliquey and full of unnecessary drama, despite everyone being adults.
